Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Like most websites, Traffick Spy uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience, measure performance, and deliver relevant advertising. Here is how we use them:

Types of Cookies We Use

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the operation of our website. These include session cookies that keep you logged in and security cookies that prevent cross-site request forgery. These cannot be disabled.
  • Performance & Analytics Cookies: Collect anonymous data about how visitors use our site (pages visited, bounce rates, traffic sources) via tools such as Google Analytics 4. This helps us improve site performance and user experience.
  • Functional Cookies: Remember your preferences, such as language settings, region selection, and form auto-fill data, to provide a more personalised experience.
  • Advertising & Targeting Cookies: Used to build profiles based on your browsing behaviour and deliver relevant advertisements on third-party platforms. These include Google Ads conversion pixels, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and retargeting scripts.

Managing Cookies

You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies, delete existing cookies, or set preferences for specific sites. Please note that disabling certain cookies may impact the functionality of our website. You may also opt out of interest-based advertising through the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) at optout.networkadvertising.org.

Section 04

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. However, we may share your data with trusted third parties in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We work with third-party vendors who assist in operating our business, including cloud hosting providers, CRM platforms, email delivery services, payment processors, and analytics tools. These parties are contractually obligated to keep your data confidential and use it only for the purposes we specify.
  • Advertising Platforms: When managing campaigns on your behalf, we interact with platforms including Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic ad networks. Data shared with these platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies.
  • Legal Authorities: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, court order, or other governmental or legal request, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or corporate restructuring, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our website of any such change.
  • With Your Consent: We may share your information with third parties when you give us explicit permission to do so.
Section 05
